Girls Swimming

Announcements from Coach Nichols

The swim team is looking forward to welcoming in the next class of teammates.  We have wrapped up an amazing year of team building, training, and competing.  The Open boys finished the season undefeated and brought home the League title, something that has not been done in nearly 15-years.  The Open girls finished 2nd overall, with a 3 point victory over Los Alamitos at the League Finals meet.  The Varsity boys entered the League Finals meet quietly tied for 2nd with Los Alamitos and absolutely stole the show and League title from defending League Champs Edison.  We have a very young group of lady barons representing our Varsity squad, with a few Seniors graduating, and a handful of Juniors taking us into the 2015/2016 season.  The Varsity squads broke a few team records and qualified over 20 swimmers for the C.I.F.-SS Division I Championship meet.

Take a look at the Summer camp flier if you’re interested in joining our program.  The Summer camp is open to all levels of swimmers and is primarily a 5-week meet & greet for the kids to make some friends before school starts in August.  We will have a team tryout for the off-season training group, which runs during the Fall and Winter sports seasons (1st semester). If we have room on the roster, we will have a second tryout during the first two weeks of school.
