TO AVOID EMAIL DENIAL OF USE
FACILITY USE APPLICATIONS:
1. Shall be submitted to the Administrator at the site requested at least 15 working days prior to the date of use.
2. Shall be submitted to the district office and all appropriate insurance received at least 10 working days prior to the date of use.
SUMMER FACILITY USE APPLICATIONS:
1. Shall be submitted to the Administrator at the site requested by May 15th.
2. Shall be received at the District Office by June 1st.

*NO EXCEPTIONS*
Effective 7/1/2015, it has become mandatory that any outside organization who enters HBUHSD campuses must provide proof that sexual abuse and molestation (SAM) are not excluded from their insurance.
The recommendation for SAM Liability Coverage Is:
$1,000,000 minimum limit per occurrence
$2,000,000 minimum general aggregate
